Returns Policy

As photography and videography services are custom and personalised, physical returns are generally not applicable.
If you purchase a physical product (e.g. printed photographs, albums, or framed images), returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

To request a return of a physical product:

Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

If approved, you may be asked to return the item in its original packaging, and a replacement or refund will be arranged at the discretion of Leimonmade Photography.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, as they secure your date and time slot.
If Leimonmade Photography & Videography must cancel a booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Retouching Policy

Leimonmade Photography & Videography is a documentary style photographer, specialising on the raw and real moments of your wedding day. We keep our editing minimal and focus instead on setting up for an incredible photo with minimal editing, focusing instead on cropping, light, and colour.

We provide some of the lowest prices in the UK, and to keep our prices and packaging competitive we are unable to retouch a person's face or clothes as default as this would significantly increase the price due to the hours taken to manually touch up faces and clothing.

If you would like to hire us to retouch a photograph we have taken, this is £15 per photograph and subject to availability. We do not retouch other photographers' photographs, nor do we authorise any editing of photographs taken by ourselves as both would constitute copyright infringement as per the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days before the scheduled shoot: Deposit remains non-refundable, but no further payment is due.

Less than 7 days before the shoot: 50% of the agreed total may still be charged.

On the day or no-show: The full session fee may be charged.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that circumstances change and will do our best to accommodate you.

Legal or Export Restrictions

Our photography and videography services are provided within the UK only.
We do not export physical goods internationally at this time.

Terms and Conditions of Promotions

From time to time, Leimonmade Photography & Videography may offer discounts, special packages, or promotions.

Promotions are valid only during the stated dates and cannot be combined with other offers.

Discount codes must be applied at the time of booking or checkout.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without notice.
